While we love a great cocktail as much as anyone, we're kind of enjoying the non-alcoholic ones that we're seeing at the moment! Non-alcoholic cocktails are definitely trending, and we don't expect them to disappear anytime soon.
Here are some non-alcoholic recipes to try at home!
Basil & Strawberry Margarita
What you’ll need: One bottle frozen lime concentrate or cordial, 10 large strawberries, 8 basil leaves
Instructions: 1. Empty the lime concentrate into a pitcher. Add 2 ½ cups of water. 2. Hull the strawberries, slice lengthwise, and add to the pitcher. 3. Crumple the basil a little in your hands (this will help the basil flavour release into the drink) and add it to the pitcher, too. 4. Place the pitcher, covered, in the fridge overnight, or for at least four hours. 5. When you remove the pitcher from the fridge, the basil should be a lovely pale pink colour.

Serve immediately to keep the drink fizzy.
